Mr. and Mrs. Mark Walker Payne of Easley, South Carolina, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Katharyne Payne, to Joseph Cyrus Semsar, son of Mrs. Mary Elledge Semsar and the late Medi Semsar of Charleston, South Carolina. Both the bride and groom studied at Clemson University. The couple will wed in Greenville, South Carolina, on Sept. 26, 2015.
