Local kids looking to engage in a fun activity just for kicks are invited to register for a special Holiday Soccer Camp from Dec. 27-29, hosted by the Daniel Island Soccer Academy and coach Patrick Khouri at the Daniel Island School Gymnasium.
The three-day tutorial is open to youngsters, ages 8-12, seeking to enhance their technical skills and tactical abilities, as well as learning about teamwork and social skills in a safe and action-packed environment.
The Daniel Island Soccer Academy is focused on helping athletes hoping to transition from recreational soccer to competitive soccer.
Coach Khouri is a homegrown player who was a key contributor on Bishop England's 2010 Championship team. He went on to perform as a professional club player in Sweden and Finland, as well as earning a spot as a Jamaica U20 and U23 FIFA Olympic Qualifying tournament player and a U.S. Men’s National Team player for u14, u15 and u16.
Registration cost is $150 per individual. Space is limited.
